Sit, stop, stare
Don't fidget, don't talk, don't move
Those are distractions, not tools
They don't help, they hold you back
Do the work, don't think
Don't break
Don't stop
This is what you need to do
You don't need to stand and stretch
Or take a short walk
You need to sit and read this wall of text
Text you never wanted to read
Sit until the words are blurry
Your head starts to ache
It doesn't matter how long it takes
You must finish before you take a break
Sit, stop, stare
I am young, I hold my tongue
Who would ever care
I need a break, I need some space
To finish what has begun
But who believes some dumb young teens
"You just dont want to work"
And while it is false
They won't hear you out
You'll just sit, stop, stare
